Product availability

In case one of the items you placed is not available then we will contact you, either by email at your e-mail address or by phone (if you have stated a phone number), in order to arrange for any modify, correct or cancel your order.
If it is not possible to contact you within 2 days of sending your order request, your request will be automatically canceled and you will have to send us a new request again.
The shipment of the products will be made according to the delivery schedule of our partner, courier company.

Shipping Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has been delayed from being shipped by our supplier.

In this case, we will contact you to schedule any delivery of the rest of your order, without this product being delayed. This item will be sent to you immediately, upon receipt in our warehouses.

The product you ordered has been removed and is no longer available.

Among the products exhibited in our online store, there may be changes in their availability, due to lack of stock of the supplier or their unannounced cancellation. In this case, a representative of our company will contact you immediately to suggest alternatives.
In case it becomes impossible to contact you by phone and / or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) due to e.g. your incorrect / missing data.
Our company does not bear any responsibility in the change of delivery time, if it is due to delay by the supplier or to external factors (strikes, unpredictable weather conditions, etc.)

• BANK DEPOSIT

To make the payment by bank deposit, please select this payment method and we will provide you with the bank account number to which the deposit must be made. The deposit must be made by a bank of the country in which the invoice of the order was issued and the customer will be charged with all the charges of the banking transaction. Necessary condition to indicate your name and your purchase code in the deposit details, just as it was registered when the order was placed. The order will only be shipped if we receive the deposit.
